Eyes on Crime was founded by Ken Kirwan, a former Detective Inspector with 30 years’ service in policing, including work in serious and organised crime and counter-terrorism.
Now working in higher education within policing and criminology, he remains committed to developing the next generation of investigators and justice professionals — and to creating spaces where experience, research and public interest intersect constructive
